Bookpride, la fiera promossa dall’Osservatorio degli editori indipendenti, torna dal 1 al 3 aprile a Base Milano per un’edizione ricchissima.
L’occasione sarà ghiotta non solo per dare risalto e visibilità alla produzione dell’editoria indipendente, e riuscire così a tutelare la “bibliodiversità”, ma per promuovere più in generale la lettura in una città – Milano – da sempre culla dell’editoria (l’anno scorso Milano è stata infatti “città del libro e della cultura”). 150 sono gli editori che hanno confermato la loro partecipazione, in decisa ascesa rispetto al 2015.
Area recuperata dall’ex Ansaldo nel distretto Tortona, Base Milano si propone come nuova sede della fiera dopo i frigoriferi milanesi, un luogo che punta a trasformarsi grazie alla cultura e alla condivisione. Bookpride non sarà infatti solo una generica fiera ma un vero e proprio aggregatore, con eventi e incontri dedicati al mondo del libro, dell’editoria, della lettura, tra protagonisti pronti a mettere sul tavolo i temi caldi e le difficoltà del settore, e autori che presenteranno le proprie novità.
